Here's a driveway we recently repaired and resurfaced for a client in Hidden Hills. The driveway was cracked, and the owner wanted to fix the cracks while making his driveway look brand new. As with any other job, this one presented unique challenges. For starters, the requirements in the Hidden Hills community are very strict. We needed to produce a floor that would simulate the look of regular concrete (which is a hard task), while also concealing the crack repair. We ended up using a couple of coats of the concrete overlay, and in the end, we sealed the floor with a tinted sealer (Custom Pewter color). The owner was thrilled, and plenty of neighbors have since called us for quotes. Job Location CA 91302...

This project was one of the most exciting and nerve-wracking ones we've ever had. We had to put our material over stone tiles, which is something we've never done before. We had to figure out how to fill up the gaps between the tiles with a material that won't allow moisture to penetrate but will allow for our overlay material to adhere to it. We had to grind the tiles to remove the stain and sealer that were covering the tiles up to that point. You can read all about our experience working on this project on our blog. The owner of this garage in Porter Ranch was tired of his previously installed epoxy paint. It was not done right, as it was flaking off all over the place. We stripped it off by grinding it but later discovered that the concrete has a moisture problem. That's why we had slightly change our plans a little, but we were still able to provide the customer with a floor they're happy with and is still standing strong. And we didn't change the initially agreed-upon price, which was important for the client. Job Location CA 91326...
