Microcement

Applying Microtopping
Beige Microtopping

This is a thin concrete coating that we apply to floors in order to create a new surfaces that’s as beautiful as it is durable. The microtopping is applied at very thin layers (at 1/8” thickness) and it has the ability to bond to many substrates – concrete, tile floors, and even plywood subfloors. We can color it in a variety of ways, and give it many different styles.

Even though it’s made with Portland cement, microcement has a lot more flexibility. This is partly due to the fact that it’s so thin, and partly because it contains an acrylic modifier. This engineered product has an industrial look just like concrete without any of the hassle. Because of its properties, you can change your floor without having to worry about demolition, and without worrying about changing the height of your floors and readjusting your doors.

Polished Concrete

Concrete Grinding in Action

Polished concrete floors are, hands down, the most durable and ever-lasting
floors you can have. They are also many people’s favorite-looking floors which is a deadly combo. Concrete is polished by grinding it repeatedly, using a finer grit of diamonds each time. The idea is that each grit of diamonds removes the marks and scrathes made from the grit before.

While polishing sounds easy, it is far from it. Polishing floors is often at least a 10-step process and frequently more. This, combined with the high demand, makes polished concrete amongst the more expansive flooring solutions. It’s really worth the investment, however, because polished concrete is unmatched in terms of strength , maintenance, and ease of cleaning.

Concrete Stain - The most affordable way to make your concrete look brand new

If your concrete is old and discolored, but otherwise in great structural condition, staining is the best option for you. Stains are liquids that we spray onto your concrete. It penetrates the pores of your concrete and colors the concrete chemically. Therefore, stains can’t chip or peel off. Unlike paint which is fully opaque, stains are semi-transparent and produce a mottled-look appearance. It’s really stunning.

Concrete Repair and Patching

Epoxy has been used for repairing highways, buildings, and floors for decades. Its compression strength is three times higher than concrete. Once we patch your concrete with epoxy, we can cover it with concrete overlay or microcement and make it look brand new. However, the epoxy doesn’t have to be covered. If, for example, you own a warehouse floor and don’t care for the look of it but want to eliminate trip hazards, epoxy is the best option for you. We can repair your floor without you shutting down operations for even a second.
